DVD PLAYBACK COMPATABILLITY
All our discs are in NTSC (Region 1 - North America) DVD-R / x16 format, which are compatible with 95% of standard DVD players/computers. However, if you have a much older DVD player, check your owner's manual to make sure it can play this particular format. (Overseas customers must have multi-region players - will NOT play on region-specific players).
*** IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ***
If you are experiencing any issues with playing our DVDs on your computers using Windows 10 or later, you should look into downloading a FREE, OPEN-SOURCE media player. The one we recommend that works with our DVDs is known as VLC Media Player.
Here is the link to their official website for accessing the free download - customers need to check which version to use based on their computer specifications. https://www.videolan.org/vlc/
At this time, we are not aware of any issues with customers using Apple/MAC computers, but if they do, this same company provides an Apple/MAC version too.
Of course, customers can choose any media player they prefer to download but they need to MAKE SURE it can read the type of video files suffix (VOB) used on our DVDs.
DISCLAIMER:
As with any FREE download, we highly recommend customers read all the terms and conditions associated with anything they download, AND if they prefer a different player to the one we recommend, they should research it before download, to avoid any potential risk to their computers.
